SMS Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you enroll in Milq SMS notifications, we may collect your mobile phone number, your consent record, the date and source of your consent, message delivery and interaction information, and identifiers associated with your Milq account and builds.

How we use mobile information

We use this information to send transactional messages about builds you create, including build status updates and build-ready installation links; process opt-out and help requests; provide support; prevent misuse; and maintain records required for security and compliance.

How we protect your consent

Milq does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to the Milq transactional build notification program and is not transferred to other programs.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Vendors acting on Milq's behalf may process mobile information only as needed to operate and secure the SMS service. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Milq, our users, or others.

Retention and security

We retain mobile information and consent records only for as long as needed to provide the SMS program, document consent and opt-out requests, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect this information.

Your choices

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help or contact us at juan@milq.ai.

SMS Terms of Service

Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively choosing to enroll, you agree to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Milq about builds you create. Messages may include build status updates and links to install builds that are ready. Milq does not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent and eligibility

Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Milq. You may skip SMS enrollment and continue using available Milq services. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the number and status of builds you create. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

Opt-out and support

Reply STOP to any Milq message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact Milq customer support at juan@milq.ai. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you enroll again, except for a final confirmation of your opt-out request.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Milq.

Changes or termination

Milq may update or discontinue the SMS program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
